This was my first time buying a home and Dave Pratt made it such a fun and easy experience. I felt like he truly listened to everything I told him, whether it was related to our house hunt or not, and he applied all of that information to finding a home that fit my actual lifestyle instead of something that I thought I wanted at the beginning. Dave had great advice throughout the process, kept me updated on mortgage information (he has a great relationship with the bank that I chose), and went above and beyond to be available for all of my silly questions. He has also anticipated needs that I didn't even know I would have, and has taught me a ton of information about owning and maintaining a home. After we put in an offer, the rest of the team came on board quickly to make sure that I had everything I needed for inspections and the closing process.
